回转窑支承组件三维多体滚动接触有限元数值计算 被引量:2

摘要 结合Ansys有限元分析软件建立了回转窑支承组件的有限元分析模型,并对2号窑的支承组件进行了有限元数值计算。计算结果表明:在滚动接触过程中,滚圈应力呈复杂交变状态,托轮应力在接触区出现了急剧突变;在滚圈和托轮狭小的接触区内,出现了明显的应力集中,这使接触面表层易出现楔状掉块、开裂等接触疲劳破坏;在滚圈回转过程中,每一点的变形均呈现凹凸交变的复杂状态,从而迫使筒体的变形凹凸交变,严重时导致窑衬松动脱落。 The finite element model of the supporting parts of No. 2 kiln has been established in ANSYS, and the numerical calculation has been carried out. The results show that during rolling contact course, the tyre stress is in a complex alternate state, the roller stress has changed suddenly on contact zone. On the narrow district between roller and tire, there is obvious stress concentration, which makes contact fatigue damage, such as falling slices, rupture, appear easily on contact surface. During rolling course, the tyre deformation is in a complex changed state, which makes shell deformation changed sharply, and even cause kiln lining to be loose, or to fall down.
