摘要
文章分析了我国地方软科学研究管理的现状和存在的问题，探讨了推进地方软科学研究管理健康的宏观调控措施。
The article analyzes the current situation and issues in the research & management of soft science in local communities.Measures for macroscopic regulation are discussed,giving impetus to the sound development of the discipline in various localities.Also,som epolicy options are put forward by the article.
