摘要
随着煤炭开采深度的加大,深部工程岩体表现出明显的非线性力学特性,传统理论、方法与技术已经部分或全部失效.深部巷道支护应采用耦合支护.根据柳海矿第三系深部软岩巷道工程实际,分析了深部巷道的特殊的地质条件和巷道的变形力学机制;采用锚网索-柔层桁架的耦合支护方案,确定了支护参数;新方案在现场实施后,支护效果良好.
With the deepening of the mining depth, the apparent nonlinear mechanics characteristics are put up on the deep rock mass. The traditional theory, method and technique are partly or totally failed. A coupling support technique adapted to the roadway in deep mine is put forward. Combined with the engineering practice of deep soft-rock roadway in the Tertiary in Liuhai Mine, the special geological condition and the deformation mechanic mechanism of roadway are analyzed. Coupling support design of bolt-mesh-anchor-flexible layer truss and parameters are fixed. Furthermore, the supporting goes well as soon as the new design is put into practice.
