循环经济在区域环境影响评价中的应用

在区域开发建设过程中开展循环经济有利于优化产业布局,减少污染物排放,保护环境,促进区域可持续发展.笔者阐述了区域环境影响评价中循环经济分析与评价应从规划布局合理性评价、产业链系统评价和管理机构及准入考核体系评价三方面内容开展,并结合实例分析了其评价的方法和内容.

The carrying-out of the recycle economy in the regional development is significant. It is useful to optimization of industrial layout, reduction of the discharge of contamination and protection of environment, and also to acceleration of region sustainable development. This paper discusses the problems of how to analyze and assess recycle economy in the regional EIA in order to develop the assessment of rationality of plan and layout, industrial chain system, management organization and admittance examination system. The methods and content of assessment are analyzed based on the engineering cases.
