摘要
利用矢量网络分析仪测量射频微波器件时,使用全二端口校准方法可以获得最高的测量精度,但是全二端口校准只适用于插入式器件的测量。而在网络分析仪的实际测量应用中,经常需要对各种非插入式器件进行测量。因此,本文介绍了4种常用的非插入式器件测量方法,并详细说明了每种方法的校准过程和测量精度。
We can use the full 2-port calibration method to achieve the best measurement when we measure the RF&MW devices with vector network analyzer, but it is only applied to measure the insertable devices. In practice, we often need to measure the various non-insertable devices. So four common measurement methods were introduced in this paper, which can measure the non-insertable devices, and the calibration process and the measurement accuracy were discussed in detail.
