高效液相色谱法测定儿童咳液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

Determination of the Content of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Ertongke Liquid by HPLC

目的建立儿童咳液的质量控制方法。方法采用Alltech C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（5：95）为流动相，检测波长为207nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱在1．55—24．86μg·mL。。间有良好的线性关系（r=0．9997），加样平均回收率为99．15％，RSD为0．82％（n=6）。结论本法简便、快速、重复性好，可作为产品的定量分析方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for controlling the quality of Ertongke Liquid. METHODS In this method Alhech C18 colunm（250mm × 4.6mm,5μm） was used, and acetonitfile-0.3% phosphoric acid（5： 95） as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 207nm. RESULTS Ephedrine hydrochloride had a good linear relationship at the range of 1.55μg· mL^-1 - 24.86μg ·mL^-1（r =0.9997） ;The average recovery of ephedrine hydroehloride was 99.15% and RSD was 0.82% （n =6）. CONCLUSION This method is simple with good reproducibility and can be used for the qualitative analysis.
