摘要
我国发展综合交通运输体系的目标是:通过加快发展与改革,大幅度提高运输能力,推进城乡、区域交通协调发展,提高运输质量,以市场经济为导向,以可持续发展为前提,建立客运快速、货运畅通的智能型综合交通运输体系。交通运输体系的发展对传统物流方式将产生多方面的影响,如铁路客货分线运输将会改变物流发展结构,公路运输网络的进一步完善将提高现代物流效率,港口深水泊位数量的增加将进一步促进运输与物流集约化,技术进步和运输市场化将进一步推动物流服务创新并加剧物流运输的竞争,小农经济的物流营运方式将被淘汰。
China's transportation network mileage has already amounted to 3,731,000 kilometres. Synthetical transportation network mileage system has been fundamentally formed. The current situation of transportation system, future developing target and emphasis effectively prop up national economy to develop rapidly and stably which has also produced diverse effects to the traditional logistics. Focusing on these problems, the authors draw conclusions as follows: the separation of railroad's passenger and goods transport will change logistics developing structure; the further perfection of highway transportation network will improve modern logistics to be more efficient; increasing of harbour deep-water parking places will further facilitate transportation and logistics intension; the technological progress and market-oriented transportation will further motivate the innovation of logistics service and aggravate the competition of logistics transportation; and the operating model of logistics under small-type agriculture economy will be sifted out.
