原发性肝细胞癌中Survivin基因的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of Survivin in human hepatocellular carcinoma

目的:Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白中的一种,选择性地表达于恶性肿瘤组织。该文研究Survivin基因在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721,40例原发性肝细胞癌组织标本及相应的癌旁组织,以半定量RT-PCR法检测Survivin mRNA表达。结果:肝癌细胞株SMM C-7721和80%(32例)的肝癌组织表达Survivin mRNA,而癌旁非癌组织内无一例阳性表达。结论:Survivin表达是原发性肝细胞癌中较为普遍的事件。

Objective ：Survivin,one of the inhibitory protein of apoptosis,is selectively expressed in the tissue of malignant tumors. The present study was to investigate the role of Survivin expression in the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods： HCC cell lines SMMC - 7721, forty histologically verified HCC specimens and their neighboring noncancerous tissue were obtained. Semi-quantitative RT--PCR was used to measure Survivin mRNA levels. Resuits：Survivin mRNA expression was detected in HCC cell lines SMMC-7721 and 32 of 40（80%） HCC tissue. In contrast,no expression of Survivin in the corresponding noncancerous tissue was detected. Conclusion：Survivin expression may play an important role in HCC carcinogenesis.
