摘要
传统文化是家族企业发展过程中一个不可或缺的影响因素,本文从我国传统文化的经典——儒学入手,着重分析儒学思想体系所重视的血缘关系之“姓氏制度”和“孝悌之道”,并用之解释我国家族企业在从创始人到第一代继承人的企业权力更替过程中采用“子承父业”继承模式的普遍性。
It has been known to all that traditional culture play very important roles in the development of family firms. Confucian culture is in a dominant position in Chinese traditional culture for a long time and it penetrates every field in social life. This paper analyzes the two characteristics of Confucian culture, including "Family Name System" and "Filial Piety". Based on it, the paper makes a study of the influence of Confucian culture on the succession model named " the Son' s carrying on father' s enterprise" in Chinese family firms.
