摘要
本文通过对民营企业中职工权益保障存在的问题及其侵权产生的原因进行分析,提出了先明确企业的产权结构,进一步完善委托代理机制,最终通过完善职工代表大会和企业工会制度来保障民营企业职工的合法权益。
The paper analyzes the problems in the security system of workers＇ rights and interests in private industries and the reasons for them. In order to protect workers＇ legal rights and interests, we should first clear the property structure, then perfect agency by agreement organism, at last perfect worker congresses and labor unions.
