我国私营企业劳资关系和谐运行的战略思考

摘要 改革开放20多年来,我国私营企业的蓬勃发展对国民经济发展和社会稳定做出了巨大贡献,私营企业在国民经济中的地位日益提高。然而,我们在充分肯定私营企业发展所起的积极作用、鼓励私营企业发展的同时,也必须注意私营企业发展过程中出现的一系列问题,本文分析了我国现阶段私营企业劳资关系的矛盾现状,对建立起符合我国现阶段私营企业劳资关系和谐运行的对策等问题上进行了系统阐述。 During over 20 years since we had reform and opening, the vigous development of private enterprises devoted a lot to the developmene of the state - owned economy and the stabilization of the society. The state of private businesses in state-owned economy is enhancing day after day. however,while we affirm fully that the development of private enterprises took an active effect and encourage the development of private enterprises,we should pay attention to a series of private businsses, this article analysed the contradictory present conditions of the relation of private businesses' labor versus on the atage of nowaday in china and it also expounded systematically the estabishment of the problems like countermeasures which comply to the harmonious running of the relation of private enterprises' labor versus on stage os nowadays in china.
