循环经济理论与生态城市的建设

大规模工业化和城市化进程的加速,带来城市人类文明的同时,也造成了城市生态的极度破坏。为促进城市可持续发展,有必要而且必须强化生态环境监管,大力发展城市循环经济,建设生态城市,取得人与自然及社会的和谐发展。

With the great scale industrialization and the acceleration of the course to city, it brought the city civilization, but simultaneously, it destroyed the civic ecology deadly. To promote the sustainable development of cities, it is necessary and obliged to strengthen the management and supervision in civic ecological environment and devote major efforts to developing the civic circulation economy and constructing the eco-city, and consequently obtain the harmonious development in between human being and nature as well as society.
