论以城带乡

我国现阶段实行以城带乡,是缩小城乡差距建立和谐社会的要求,是工业化、城市化发展到一定阶段的必然结果。我国当前的以城带乡,应该利用城市经济、政治、教育、卫生等多方面的优势,辐射和带动农村工业、农业、基础设施建设、科技、信息、教育、医疗卫生等,推动农村经济社会的较快发展。在实施以城带乡的过程,要发挥好政府的作用。
