At the age of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes a important strategic resource. Enterprise organization structure must change to face the challenging of knowledge economy. This paper describes the evolvement of enterprise organization structure, explores the advancing trend of organization structure at the age of knowledge economy, gives the adjusting direction of the firm in China in the face of the challenge.
