摘要
研究了壳聚糖—硅胶作为载体,戊二醛作为交联剂,对β-甘露聚糖酶进行固定化,通过实验对交联剂浓度、加酶量、吸附时间、吸附pH等能够影响固定化酶活力回收率的因素的研究和优化,得出最佳的固定化条件,并对固定化后的酶学性质作了初步研究。
