摘要
对无溶剂体系下生物合成新型油脂抗氧化剂阿魏酸双甘酯进行了研究。通过对脂肪酶的筛选表明,在所选的几种脂肪酶中皱褶假丝酵母脂肪酶(CRL)催化效果最好。以CRL为催化剂,进一步探讨了转速、底物比、时间、温度、固定化载体添加量及初始含水量对产率的影响。通过质谱和红外光谱对薄层层析分离纯化后的产物结构进行了表征,结果表明,无溶剂体系中70mgCRL催化下,转速为150r/min,底物比为1∶1,反应时间120h,底物水含量10mg/g,硅藻土添加量为40mg时产率最高。
The biocatalysis a new-type of antioxidant in free solvent system was studied. Four Lipases were tested initially ,CRL (Candiad rμosa lipase) was the optimal catalyzst. This enzyme was further studied on the effects of organic solvent, agitation, substrate ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature, immobilized carrier and amount respectively. TLC, IR and mass analyzed the product from the transesterification reaction. The results showed that in a closed reactor, equilibrium conversion reached 33.25% in free solvent at 50℃ after 120h under optimal reaction conditions which were: molar ration of substrates is 1:1, 70mg CRL, 150r/min agitation, initial water content was 10mg/g.
