摘要
改革开放后,苏州镇湖刺绣经营户开始在镇上集聚并逐渐形成了一定规模的刺绣产业,同时也出现了刺绣市场无序竞争、绣品缺乏创新、后备人才缺乏、专业化服务机构缺失等问题。针对当地政府根据地方产业发展的特点,科学地制定具有地方特色的区域性产业集群发展规划,给出了在产业集群不同的发展阶段进行有针对性政策扶持的建设性意见。
The development of industry cluster needs the guidance and cultivation of local governments.The local government plays an important role in Suzhou Zhenhu embroidery industry cluster. The article,taking Suzhou Zhenhu as an example,discusses the general condition of Zhenhu embroidery industry cluster,the problems during the development and how the local governments take actions to deal with.
