摘要
对我国企业战略管理问题进行了系统分析,找出了当前企业存在的主要问题是缺乏战略意识,特别体现在战略管理、战略制定、战略实施和战略评价的具体实施中。最后提出了解决我国企业战略管理的新思路,并以个案分析的形式给出了改进我国企业战略管理的建议及对策。
This paper analyses the strategic management of China＇s enterprise systematically,and finds the primary problem is the deficiency of strategic consciousness＇ especially in implement of strategic management, stratagem establishment,stratagem execution and stratagem estimation. This paper presents a new method for the strategic management of China enterprises and gives suggestions and countermeasures to improve the strategic management of China＇ s enterprise with case study.
