摘要
以企业文化为立足点,结合核心竞争力理论,对跨国公司企业文化的特征以及跨国公司核心竞争力内涵的界定进行了分析;对企业文化与跨国公司核心竞争力的关联进行了研究;在此基础上,从建立以公司价值为核心的企业文化、建立以人为本的核心价值观的新型企业文化、构建创新型的企业文化三方面探讨了跨国公司核心竞争力的培育。
Taking the enterprise culture as the standpoint,combining with the core competitiveness theory,the paper analyzes the characteristics of enterprise culture as well as the connotation of core competitiveness,and conducts the research to the relation between enterprise culture and the multinational corporation's core competitiveness. From this foundation,the paper discusses the cultivation of core competitiveness among multinational corporations from three aspects:establishing enterprise culture which takes company value as core,establishing the new enterprise culture which takes humanism as core values,constructing the innovation enterprise culture.
