摘要
正确评价制造企业的快速反应能力具有重要现实意义。简述了快速反应理论的起源和内容,提出了评价制造企业快速反应能力的原则,通过文献综述和实践调研,总结出了一套评价制造企业快速反应能力的指标体系,并对评价制造企业快速反应能力的相关研究工作进行了展望。
Quick Response System （ QRS ） was widely implemented since it was proposed in 1990s and it＇s becoming increasingly important to assess the QR ability of a manufacture business. This paper briefly introduces the history and content of QRS,proposes the approaches for QR ability assessment of a manufacturing enterprise,summarizes after investigation and researches into an assessment system on QR ability of a manufacturing enterprise,which falls into 6 categories some ideas in regard to future research work concerning QR including 23 factors. Meanwhile,it also proposes assessment of a manufacturing enterprise.
