为了促进我国小城镇生活垃圾的再生处理,提高小城镇居民生活质量,根据我国小城镇生活垃圾再生处理的实际情况做出科学假设,对小城镇垃圾再生处理相关主体行为进行经济分析,据此提出科学的政策建议。
