摘要
从经济学理论研究出发,把加薪管理分为3个阶段,通过图形分析,对加薪幅度的设定进行了系统的经济学阐述,根据影响企业加薪的因素,结合数学模型,设立一个合理的加薪幅度。
Increasing the salary is the core subject in enterprise. Beginning divides raises management into three stages. According to graphs,it makes a with economic theory,the thesis systematic economic exposition on designing raises range. Considering the factors that affect the salary,the author establishes a proper raises range combined with mathematic model.
