摘要
企业人力资源开发是一个组织学习的过程。对企业人力资源开发角色的定位:学习建筑师、知识管理者、人力过程的协调者和现代开发工具的实践者,为人力资源开发更好服务于企业的战略发展提供了指导意义。
On the analysis of the idea that human resource development in enterprises should be regarded as a comprehensive learning activity through enterprises' operating process,this paper decides the roles of human resource management as:learning tutor,knowledge manager,human resource coordinator,and user of modem HR developing tools. This will serve enterprises' operation more efficiently and effectively.
