Research of popularized higher education quality management system for applied economic management personnel

针对经管专业人才市场需求变化,依据质量管理理论,在对经管专业人才素质培养的高校进行了系统分析的基础上,建立了应用型经管人才大众化教育质量管理体系模式,该质量管理体系模式是依据ISO9000质量管理体系标准建立的、符合高等教育服务质量形成规律的、具有自我约束机制和持续质量改进的系统管理方法,运行该体系以期为经管类人才的培养质量提供可靠的保障。

To counter the change of personnel market need in economic management,this paper, based on the quality management theory,makes a systematic analysis of colleges engaged in quality development of economic management qualified personnel in accordance with the quality management system standards of ISO 9000 series,in conformity with the regularity of higher education service quality,focuses on self-restraint and systematic management method of prolonged quality improvement,and has worked out the popularized higher education quality management system model of applicant economic management personnel,which can reliably ensure the quality of economic management personnel.
