糖化血红蛋白与三餐前后血糖的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)作为较长期监测糖尿病患者血糖控制水平的指标。对有效控制糖尿病及其并发症防治具重大意义。已被大量临床和流行病学研究证实,但其与空腹血糖(FBG)及餐后血糖的相关性,有不同报道阳。本研究通过对门诊糖尿病患者两个阶段(6个月)的前瞻性研究,观察患者三餐前、后血糖自我监测值(self-monitoring of blood glucose,SMBG)与同期HbA1c的关系,以探讨检测血糖的最佳方案。
