干旱对组培枣苗过氧化物酶活性及其同工酶酶谱的影响 被引量:5

摘要 应用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了水分胁迫下组培枣苗过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱的变化,并测定了其活力。结果表明:在不同浓度聚乙二醇(PDG-6000)的胁迫下,过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱没有发生变化;在轻度(10%)、中度(20%)胁迫下,木枣、骏枣、狗头枣过氧化物酶活性显著增加,其中狗头枣的增幅最大,木枣最小;而在重度(30%)胁迫下过氧化物酶活性下降显著,其中木枣和骏枣的活性小于对照组,而狗头枣的活性仍高于对照组。 Peroxide enzyme isozyme of tissue culture jujube seedling under the moisture content forces was analyzed by using nonsequence polyacrylamide gelatin electrophoresis. And its activities were tested too. The results showed that the enzyme spectrum of peroxide enzyme isozyme under different density polyethylene glycol (PDG-6000) forces had nearly no change. While under mild and moderate forces, peroxide enzyme activities of Muzao, Goutouzao and Juzao increased remarkably. The enhancement of Goutouzao was the maximum, while Muzao was the minimum. But when PDG-6000 density was 30 %, peroxide enzymatic activities of Muzao and Juzao were lower than that of CK, Goutouzao still kept greater decrease than that of CK.
