摘要
以吴江东部地区为例,在梳理了镇村布局规划原则的基础上,分别从空间管制、耕作半径和交通、服务设施可达性分析3个主要影响因子出发,进行镇村布局规划空间分析方法研究。首先是基于GIS的生态敏感性分析,将研究区域分为适宜发展区、控制发展区和保护区,在空间管制下确定乡村发展空间;然后在考虑耕作半径因子时,通过引入泰森多边形和引力模型作为村庄选址和迁并模型;而交通、服务设施可达性因子则是通过建立消耗度图,用ARCGIS空间分析模块实现多因子空间叠置分析,综合评价研究区服务设施可达性。
In this article the east of Wujiang city was taken as an example. On the basis of clearing up town-village distribution planning principle, space analysis methods in town-village distribution was studied from three major factors, which were spatial development control, cultivating radius and traffic and public facilities accessibility. Researched region was divided into feasible zone, controlled zone and protective zone according to GIS-based ecological sensitivity analysis. Village developmental space was determined by spatial development control. Thiessen polygon model and gravitation model as the model of village selection, transfer and combination were introduced when cultivating radius was taken into account. Cost map to interpret traffic and public facilities accessibility was set up. Multi-factors space overlay analysis was carried out by ARCGIS space analysis module in order to evaluate traffic and public facilities accessibility synthetically. Scientific evidences for town-village distribution planning were put forward.
