摘要
通过对骏枣叶片诱导愈伤组织、愈伤组织诱导不定芽、不定根的分化及再生植株移植的最佳条件的探讨,建立了稳定的骏枣叶片离体培养及再生植株体系。
The optimum conditions of leaf induced callus of Jun jujube, callus induced adventitious bud, differentiation of adventitious bud and root, transplant of regenerate plant were studied in this paper. Therefore, the stable tissue culture in vitro and the plant regeneration system of Jun jujube leaf were established.
