摘要
对双孢蘑菇的种质资源概况、生物学特性、开发利用价值及国内外的遗传育种现状等作了全面的阐述,并结合湖南的引种情况,分析了双孢蘑菇在湖南的发展前景。
Agricus bisporus is not only rich in nutrition and delicious in taste, but also has a function of very high medical health care. In this paper, the biology characteristic, exploitation and utilization value of A gricus bisporus, as well as the present situation of genetic and breeding at home and abroad were all elaborated. Combined with the introduction situation, development prospect ofAgricus bisporus in Hunan was analyzed.
