景中村的管理对策分析——以西湖风景区为例

Analysis of Management Measures of NPV in Westlake National Park

从西湖风景名胜区景中村的现状入手,分析了其特点及典型问题,从人口调控、经营模式、村民素质、人才培养等方面提出了有效增进景中村管理和发展的对策。最后,将国内其他风景名胜区景中村的情况与西湖风景名胜区景中村进行了对比,指出了其他景区景中村可以借鉴和关注的管理思路。

Westlake National Park lies in the urban area of Hangzhou city connecting with other business and living districts. Therefore, the management of National Park Villages （NPV） becomes a key factor for the National Park＇s value and development and it is also the most important and the most difficult part to the whole National Park （NP） management. Based on the analysis of NPV＇s actualities, this paper started with the typical problems and characters of NPV. Effective management and development measures were elaborated, such as control of population, modes of operation, attitudes of villagers, cultivation of village leaders. In the discussion part, compared with other Chinese NPVs, management could be referenced and noticed was put forward.
