代森锰锌与烯酰吗啉混配对黄瓜霜霉病的室内联合毒力测定 被引量:11

摘要 在室内用叶盘漂浮法测定了代森锰锌与烯酰吗啉混配对黄瓜霜霉病的联合毒力与增效作用。结果表明:代森锰锌与烯酰吗啉以12.8∶1、8.9∶1、6.7∶1比例混配的增效系数(SR)为1.06、1.11、1.21,表现为相加作用;以4.3∶1、5.3∶1比例混配的SR值分别为1.54、1.56,表现为协同增效作用。 Combination toxicity potential and synergistic effect of macozeb and dimethomoph on Pseudoperonospora cubensis was tested by leaf disk floating method in the laboratory. The result demonstrated that the macozeb and dimethomoph mixtures at the ratio of 12.8:1, 8.9:1, 6.7:1 and 5.3:1 had additive effect. The synergistic ration (SR) was 1.06 and 1.21. The mixtures at the ratio of 4.3:1 and 5.3:1 had synergistic effect. And the SR value was 1.54 and 1.56, respectively. It was concluded that the rate of 5.3:1 was the best mixing proportion. In this test some useful data for further research was also provided.
