摘要
用饲喂法测定了博落回[Macleaya cordata(Wild)R.Br.]提取物对茶毛虫(Euproctis pseudoconspersa Strand)、茶尺蠖(Ectropisobliqua Prout)的室内毒力。结果表明,处理后7天,浓度分别为100、50、25、20、10 g/L的博落同浸提液处理茶毛虫的校正死亡率分别达85.42%、70.83%、52.08%、52.08%和31.25%,致死中浓度LC50为20.83 g/L;茶尺蠖的校正死亡率分别为79.17%、62.50%、43.75%、37.50%和25.00%,LC50为30.35 g/L。在室内用点滴法测定了博落回提取物对茶毛虫、茶尺蠖的触杀活性。结果表明,处理后7天,浓度分别为100、500、25、20、10 g/L的博落回浸提液处理茶毛虫的校正死亡率分别为64.58%、52.08%、37.50%、37.50%和16.67%,LC50为46.07g/L;茶尺蠖的校正死亡率分别为60.42%、50.00%、37.50%、35.42%和12.50%,LC50为52.10 g/L。因此,博落回浸提物防治茶毛虫、茶尺蠖以饲喂法处理效果较好。
Effect of extracts from Macleaya cordata on bioactivities of Euproctis pseudoconspersa and Ectropis oblique was researched in this paper. Toxicity test for the extracts from Macleaya cordata to prevent Euproctis pseudoconspersa and Ectropis oblique was studied. After 7d, the adjust mortality ratios ofE. pseudoconspersa were 85.42 %, 70.83 %, 52.08 %, 52.08 % and 31.25 % respectively; and the LC50 was 20.83 g/L. The adjust mortality ratios of E. oblique were 79.17 %, 62.50 %, 43.75 %, 37.50 % and 25.00 % respectively; and the LC50 was 30.35 g/L. The insecticidal activities of the extracts from M. cordata to prevent E. pseudoconspersa and E. oblique were also studied. After 7 d, the adjust mortality ratios of E. pseudoconspersa were 64.58 %, 52.08 %, 37.50 %, 37.50 % and 16.67 % respectively; and the LC50 was 46.07 g/L. The adjust mortality ratio of E. oblique were 60.42 %, 50.00 %, 37.50 %, 35.42 % and 12.50 % respectively; and the LC50 was 52.10 g/L. The results showed that effects of toxicity test on the prevention of two pests were better.
