Analysis of Driving Force System of Urban Land Intensive Use

城市土地集约利用受多方面因素的影响,要考察其产生、发展与变化,需要综合考虑关系错综复杂的各项驱动力因素,对驱动力加以系统分析。首先从自然、社会、经济及环境4个方面阐述了各驱动力因素,在此基础上,应用系统论的方法和观点,对土地集约利用驱动力系统的整体性、层次性及动态性进行分析,并以集约利用发展过程为主线,初步揭示了城市土地集约利用驱动力系统运行机制。

Urban land intensive use was a way of land use to reach a high output through the increase of investment. It was necessary to consider the complicated relationship among the driving factors in order to investigate the cause of its formation, development and changes. Driving factors were expounded from nature, society, economic and environment. Then, the integrity, hierarchy and dynamic character of driving force system were analyzed using systematic view and method. The driving force system operation mechanism of urban land intensive use was preliminarily revealed according to its development process.
