广东省惠州市蔬菜重金属污染状况研究

Study on Heavy Metal Pollution of Vegetable in Huizhou

对惠州市主要蔬菜生产基地19个蔬菜样品中重金属元素Pb、Cu、Zn、Cd、Cr、As、Hg和Ni含量进行了分析,初步研究了惠州市蔬菜中的重金属污染状况,并与广东省内不同城市进行了比较。结果表明,惠州市蔬菜重金属污染在珠三角地区中处于中等水平;Cd是惠州市蔬菜中的主要污染元素,超标率为15.8%,最高值为标准值的1.86倍;不同种类的蔬菜对重金属的富集差异较大,叶菜类蔬菜较瓜果类更易于富集重金属。

Based on the investigation of heavy metals （Pb, Cu, Zn, Cd, Cr, As, Hg and Ni） in some popular vegetables, the contents of the eight heavy metals were detected in 19 samples from vegetable production base in Huizhou. The results showed that contents of heavy metal in vegetables of Huizhou were in medium level compared with cities in Pearl River delta region. Cd was the major pollutant element in Huizhou, and 15.8 % of the samples exceeded the concentration of official standards. As for different vegetables, the contents of heavy metal in leaf vegetables were higher than those in melon-bean.
