新形势下加强食品质量与安全类专业实践性教学环节的思考

Reflection on Strengthening Practical Teaching of Food Quality and Security Specialty in New Situation

目前食品质量与安全类专业的实践教学存在思想认识不足、观念滞后、资金投入少、师资队伍缺乏等问题。解决这一问题,需要通过转变教育思想观念,改革课程体系,建立实践教学新体系,加强实验室和实习基地建设,加强实践教学师资队伍建设等措施来改进,从而提高实践性教学环节的质量。

Practical teaching was an important teaching activity to make personnel training target and train qualified talents possible .At present, there were many problems in practical teaching, such as our attaching less importance, out-of-date concept, lack of fund and short of teachers. Some measures should be taken to solve the problems, and practical teaching quality should be enhanced. Measures as follow should be taken： ① change educational concept ;②reform course system and set up new practical teaching system; ③strengthen lab and practical bases construction as well as the building of the teachers.
