应用经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石治疗尿道结石合并急性尿潴留

Transurethral percutaneous pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of urethra stones cambined with acute urine retention

目的:探讨经皮肾镜下气压弹道碎石技术在男性尿道结石治疗中的应用。方法:回顾分析经皮肾镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗18例男性尿道结石合并急性尿潴留的经验及教训。结果:18例尿道结石均一次性碎石成功,术后未见明显感染、尿道狭窄等并发症发生。结论:经皮肾镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗男性尿道结石是微创、安全、有效的。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of percutaneous pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of urethra stones. Methods Eighteen eases of urethra stones combined with acute urine retention were treated with percutaneous pneumatic lithotripsy. Results All were successfully cured with this method. Conclusion Percutaneous pneumatic lithotripsy is a safe and effective method in the treatment of urethra stone.
