水杨酸浸种对低温下烟草种子萌发率和几个与幼苗抗寒性有关的生理生化指标影响 被引量：25

摘要 分别用0．3、0．4、0．5和0．6mmol·L^-1这4个浓度的水杨酸（salicylic acid，SA）溶液浸泡烟草（Nicotiana tabacum L．）种子24或48h后，取100粒种子均匀摆放在垫有2张湿润滤纸的玻璃培养皿内，放入光照培养箱（日温设定为15℃，夜温设为10℃）中，观察并统计其萌发率。
