摘要 目的探讨泼尼松龙对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小胶质细胞激活时所分泌的趋化因子RANTES的影响。方法采用MEM培养液培养小胶质细胞,培养液中添加不同质量浓度的LPS(0、100、500、1 000μg/L)及LPS(100μg/L)与10μmol/L的泼尼松龙后再培养12 h,用ELISA法测定细胞外液所分泌的RANTES含量。结果LPS能高度激活小胶质细胞并且能使RANTES分泌增加,泼尼松龙明显抑制RANTES的含量。结论泼尼松龙有抑制趋化因子RANTES的分泌作用。 Objective To study the effect of prodnisolone on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RANTES by microglia. Methods The microglia were incubated in MEM culture medium, and different concentrations of LPS 0, 100, 500, 1 000μg/L ) or LPS (100μg/L) and prodnisolone (10μmol/L) were added into the culture medium. 12 h later, the amount of RANTES was measured by ELISA. Results Microglia markedly produced RANTES in response to LPS. Prodnisolone significantly reduced the production of RANTES in microglia. Conclusion Prodnisolone has an inhibitive effect on the production of chemokines such as RANTES.
