摘要
目的研究香术止痛酊的镇痛、抗炎作用。方法通过磷酸组织胺致小鼠腹部毛细血管通透性增高、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀及巴豆油致大鼠肉芽肿增生3种动物模型进行抗炎药效实验;采用醋酸致小鼠扭体反应及小鼠热板法,进行镇痛实验。结果香术止痛酊能非常显著抑制上述动物模型炎症反应和醋酸致小鼠扭体反应,并对热板法致小鼠痛阈有非常显著提高。结论香术止痛酊对急、慢性炎症均有十分显著抑制作用,而且有很显著的镇痛作用。
Objective To study anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions of Xiangshuzhitongding(XZD). Methods The pharmacodynamic effects were observed in five experimental models of inflammation and pain, including: ①vascular permeability increase induced by histamine phosphate in mice.② paw edema caused by carrageenin in rats. ③granuloma caused by implanted-croton oil in rats. ④writhe reaction induced by acetic acid in mice. ⑤the pain threshold caused by hot plate in mice. Results XZD could distinctively inhibit the inflammatory edema caused by various inflammatory agents and reduce the time of writhe induced by acetic acid in mice, could obviously improve the mouse's pain thereshold by hot plate. Conclusion XZD has distinct analgesic effect and could not only inhibit acute inflammation but also chronic one in animals.
