高效液相色谱法测定清心平肝口服液中芍药苷的含量

Content assay of Paeoniflorin in Qingxinpinggan Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定清心平肝口服液中芍药苷的含量。方法用Diamonsi C18（250mm×4.6mm，5μm）柱，以乙腈-0．1％磷酸（17：83）为流动相，检测波长230nm。结果芍药苷在0.18～3.6μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0.9996。其平均加样回收率为98．80％，RSD=0．36％（n=6）。结论此方法简便、快速、可行，可用于清心平肝口服液的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for content determination of paeoniflorin in Qingxinpinggan Oral Liquid. Methods HPLC were carried out using an Diamonsi C18 （250 mm× 4.6mm, 5μm） column and mobile phase of Acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphate （17： 83） under the 230 nm wavelength. Results The paeoniflorin showed a good linear correlation ship in the range of 0.18 - 3.6μg （ r = 0. 999 6 ）. The average recovery ratio was 98.80%, RSD = 0.36% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion The present method is simple, rapid and repeatable. It can be used for quality control of Qingxinpinggan Oral Liquid.
