红树莓抗肿瘤作用的初步研究

The Primary Studies on the Anti-tumor Effect of Rubus ideaus L.

目的研究红树莓成熟果汁和未成熟果实提物对小鼠移植瘤的抗肿瘤作用。方法按标准方法给小鼠接种S180肉瘤细胞,随机分组后分别灌胃不同剂量的红树莓成熟果汁(10,20和40 g/kg)和未成熟果实水提液(2.5,5和10 g/kg),10d后观察瘤重、体重、胸腺和脾脏的变化。结果不同剂量红树莓成熟果实果汁对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制率分别为41.8%,29.1%,36.4%,未成熟果实水提液对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制率分别为26.24%,39.1%,14.2%;红树莓各剂量组小鼠的胸腺和脾脏指数与模型对照组比较改变不明显。结论红树莓对小鼠S180肉瘤有一定的抑制作用,对小鼠免疫系统的毒副作用小。

Objective To study the Anti - tumor activity of the juices of mature fruits and the extracts of immature fruits of Rubus /deaus L on the implanted S180mice. Methods The mice were transplanted S180tumor cells by normal methods ,after divided into groups at random,the mice were administered with different doses of the juices of mature fruits（ 10,20 and 40 g/kg） and the tumor weights, the body weights,the thymus and spleen index were observed. Results For mice bearing S180, the inhibition rates of different doses of the juices of mature fruits were 41.8% ,29.1% ,36.4%, and which of the extracts of immature fruits were 26.24% ,39.1%, 14.2% ,respectively. The change of the thymus and spleen index was not obvious between the Rubus ideaus L. groups. Conclusion Rubus/deaus L. has the inhibition activity to implanted S180mice,with less side effect on immune systems.
