金贝清肺颗粒体内抗呼吸道合胞病毒作用的实验研究

Study on in Vivo Anti-respiratory Syncyntial Virus Activity of Jinbeiqingfei Granule (JBKL)

目的观察金贝清肺颗粒的体内抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)作用。方法采用小鼠体内感染呼吸道合胞病毒实验观察金贝清颗粒的抗病毒作用。结果金贝清肺颗粒能抑制呼吸道合胞病毒在小鼠体内的增殖。结论金贝清肺颗粒具有明显的体内抗呼吸道合胞病毒作用。

Objective The anti -RSV effect of Jinbeiqingfei Granule （JBKL） in vivo was studied in this paper. Methods The amount of RSV in lung and the death rate of mice were observed in the mice infected with virus from nose. The anti-RSV activity of JBKL was study in vivo. Results The JBKL had significant anti-RSV effects in vivo. Conclusion The JBKL has anti-RSV effects.
