肌松Ⅱ号胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床报道

The Clinical Study of Jisong CapsuleⅡ on Ostevarthritis of Knee Joint

目的观察肌松Ⅱ号胶囊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法110例膝关节OA患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组(60例)口服肌松Ⅱ号胶囊和中药熏洗治疗,对照组(50例)仅用中药熏洗治疗,必要时行患肢制动或抽取关节腔积液。疗程1月,并观察了患者治疗前后关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节压痛、关节功能等变化。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为93.3%和88.0%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肌松Ⅱ号胶囊是一种显效的治疗KOA的方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jisong Capsule Ⅱ on osteoarthfitis of knee joint （KOA）. Methods 110 eases were divided into Jisong group（60 eases, treated with Jisong capsule Ⅱ ） and the control group （50 cases, no special treatment） randomly. All cases were steamed and washed by Chinese medieiue and were held in place or drawn liquid from eavum articular if necessary. The course of treatment was one month. Some symptoms and physical signs were observed before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of the Jisong group and the control group was 93.3% and 88.0% respectively, there was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Jisong Capsule Ⅱ is one of effective methods for knee joint OA with little toxic and side effect.
