熔体快淬铜磷合金对ZL109变质效果的影响

摘要 采用金属熔融铸造法,用熔体快淬Cu-P中间合金对ZL109活塞合金进行了变质处理,随后对变质后的合金试样进行了金相组织观察和性能检测,并对晶粒细化的机理进行了研究。结果表明:与加入传统Cu-P变质剂相比,在ZL109合金中加入熔体快淬Cu-P变质剂,使组织中的初晶硅和共晶硅得到了更好的细化,增加了界面能,减少了铸造缺陷,使其综合性能得到了进一步的提高。因此,熔体快淬处理是提高Cu-P变质剂变质效果的一种有效方法。 ZL109 piston alloy modified by melt rapid solidification Cu-P alloy was prepared with molten metal casting method.Subsequently, the microstructure of the ZL109 alloy was observed by optical microscopy and the performance was tested, the principle of grain refinement was studied. Experimental results show that the microscopic structure of the alloy modified by the process is refined,the interface energy is increased,the cast defects are minimized, and the performance of aluminum piston alloy modified by melt rapid solidification Cu-P intermediate alloy is better than that of aluminum piston alloy modified by traditional rod or massive Cu-P intermediate alloy. Therefore, the melt rapid solidification treatment is a feasible method to improve the modifying effect of the Cu-P intermediate alloy for ZL109.
