摘要
锥形环锻件是一种典型的异形截面环件。在轴向高度、锥角和体积相等的情况下,不同壁厚的锥形环锻件水平横截面积分布差异很大,所以利用锥形毛坯直接轧制成形锥形环锻件将十分困难。以典型的大高度锥形环锻件为实例,在考虑轧制稳定性、轴向金属体积流动等工艺条件的基础上,利用增大锥形环锻件大端壁厚的方法对锥形环锻件预轧件进行了设计。以有限元模拟软件Abaqus为平台,对锥形环锻件的轧制过程进行了模拟,模拟结果表明:锥形环锻件预轧件设计方法是合理的。
Conical ring is a typical ring with odd-shaped cross section. In the case of equal axial height,cone angle and volume, the horizontal cross section area of conical rings with different wall thickness distributes much differently, so it is very difficult to roll conical ring with conical blank directly. A typical conical ring with large height was given as an example, and on the basis of considering the technological conditions of rolling stability and axial flow of metal, the pre-rolled blank was designed through increasing the big end wall thickness of conical ring. A finite element simulation software Abaqus was used to simulate the rolling process of conical ring and the simulation result shows that the design method ofpre-rolled blank of conical blank is reasonable.
