摘要
“常年招聘,常年缺人”是对当年广大中小餐饮企业招聘状况的最好写照。这种情况既增加了企业的经营管理成本,侵蚀了企业的利润,又使招聘工作占用了人力资源部的大部分时间,无法真正的实施人力资源管理的职能,阻碍了企业管理水平的提高。因而,中小餐饮企业要想取得更进一步的发展,必须改变这种招聘方式。
"A lways recuit and always insufficient labor" is the most proper depiction about recuitment of a wide range of small or medium-sized enterprises. This awful recuitment stituation not only increase the operational cost, but occupy most of time of HR department, which inevtiably hinders the improvement of management level within the enterprise. Therefore, it's imperative for the small or medium-sized catering enterprises to change this unpleasant recruiment situation.
