摘要 目的:探讨Wnt-4在子宫发育中的作用。方法:采用PCR方法鉴定孕13d、15d、17d、19d和21d的胎鼠性别,选择雌性胎鼠采用免疫组化SP法检测Wnt-4在苗勒管中部上皮细胞和间充质细胞中的表达。结果:在孕13-21d雌性胎鼠苗勒管中部上皮细胞和间充质细胞中Wnt-4均有表达,孕15d左右达到高峰,有显著性差异(P<0.01);但上皮细胞和间充质细胞间的表达差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:Wnt-4在雌性小鼠生殖管道形成过程中发挥作用,可能是诱导子宫发育的关键因子,同时本实验方法为雌性生殖管道发育相关因子的研究提供了有效的研究途径。 Objective: To investigate the role of Wnt-4 during uterus development. Methods: The sex of fetuses at d 13, d 15, d 17, d 19 and d 21 was identified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and then female fetuses were selected, Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the location and intensity of Wnt-4 staining in middle of Miillerian duct. Results: The expression of Wnt-4 was increased significantly in d 15 (P〈0.01), but there was no difference between epithelial cells and mesenchymal cells (P〉0.05). Conclusion: Wnt-4 plays a marked role in early period of female mouse reproductive tract, and is possible a key factor to induce uterus develop. And the empirical method is a effective pathway to investigate correlation factors of female reproductive tract development.
