摘要
目的:总结MEBO治疗各种类型烧伤创面的临床效果,探求MEBO在治疗烧伤创面中的可靠性。方法:将2006年1月～2006年8月期间我科收治的134例患者,其中96例应用MEBO治疗。观察创面炎性反应及创面愈合情况,用药期间密切观察药物的不良反应和药物的毒副作用以及止痛作用,并与同期应用SD-Ag治疗的38例患者进行对照。结果:用药过程中创面细菌数与对照组无明显差异,止痛作用明显优越于磺胺嘧啶银。创面愈合时间明显短于对照组。结论:MEBO是治疗各种类型烧(烫)伤创面的可靠外用药。
Objective： To verify the efficacy of MEBO in treating different kinds of burn. Method： During the period from Jan. 2006 through Aug. 2006, 134 cases of different kinds of burn were treated in our hospital. Among them, 96 cases wore treated with MEBO and 38 cases treated with SD - Ag Cream. The efficacy of the 2 drugs was compared. Result： MEBO is superior to SD - Ag Cream in terms of pain stopping and wound healing promoting effects. Conclusion： MEBO has very reliable efficacy in treating all kinds of bum wounds.
