摘要
目的:减少腕部电烧伤的致残率,提高伤后的生活、工作质量。方法:患者入院后立即行无损伤性焦痂薄化、切开减张,创面涂MEBO,待创面残余坏死组织液化干净后,行中厚皮移植或皮瓣转移术。结果: 83例腕部电烧伤全部恢复基本功能。结论:MEBT/MEBO与手术结合治疗腕部电烧伤能明显降低致残率和畸形形成,方法简单,易掌握。
Objective: To find a drng for treating wrist electric burn in order to reduce disablement rate and to raise the living quality of the victims. Method: Thituring the eschar and incising the wound to reduce pressure were done immediately upon hospitalization. MEBO was applied locally. After necrotic tissue liquefied and completely removed, moderate thickness skin grafting or skin flap transplantation was performed. Result: All the wounds involving 83 wrists were healed with normal function. Conclusion: MEBO in association with skin grafting is very efficacious in treating electric burn wound in wrist. It can markedly reduce disablement rate.
