摘要
目的:总结在乡镇卫生院应用烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术救治大面积烧伤病人的临床经验。方法: 54例大面积(烧伤面积30％～100％TBSA)烧伤患者其创面规范应用MEBT/MEBO治疗,结合全身综合治疗。结果:除2例因经济困难放弃治疗而自动出院、1例因重度呼吸道烧伤合并多脏器功能衰竭死亡,其余51例病人治愈,均未植皮,无功能障碍。结论:在乡镇卫生院正确运用烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术同样可以救治大面积烧伤病人。
Objective： To sum up the experience in treating large area bum patients in village end town hospitals with bum skin regenerative medical technique. Method： 54 cases of large area bum （30% to 100% TBSA） were treated with MEBT/MEBO in association with systemic comprehensive treatment. Result： 51 patients were cured. The wounds healed without skin grafting end no dysfunction. 2 cases left the hospital before complete healing end 1 case died from severe rospiratory tract bum complicated by multiple system organ failure. Conclusion： Patients with large area bum can be treated with bum skin regenerative medical technique in village end town hospitals. The efficacy is very good.
